Return Window
Customers may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for returns within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Exceptions
- Damaged or defective items: Contact customer service immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Gift returns: Store credit may be issued if no gift receipt is available.
- Opened products: A restocking fee may apply for items returned outside of their original packaging.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
